Looks like "Kant's Cave", which appears to the name for the meetings of "Philosophy for All", some kind of philosophy club, used to take place in the cellar bar of Penderel's oak once a month (see http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:www.pfalondon.freeserve.co.uk/kant.htm+ penderel%27s+oak&hl=en [all in one line]). However, they appear to have changed their venue, as you can see by looking at the current page ( http://www.pfalondon.freeserve.co.uk/kant.htm ). They mention that they now meet on the first Wednesday of the month; this sounds a bit like the current London.pm scheme. I don't remember seeing this before, but maybe someone brought it up before I joined the list last summer.
