Mailbox co-lo - honest opinions

Well it looks like I have my first serious customer and I need to find a home for a machine for them. My first instinct is to put the box in Mailbox as it'll be fairly low usage but with the recent outage to london.rhizo I'm concerned what Mailbox's record is like. I have an alternative
