No. There was definitely a perlcert as well. I've got about 60 mails from 
it from Mar/Apr last year. [EMAIL PROTECTED]

there is an argument of not using that, and just getting it done for
the UK community first. if we do this in the wider world it will take
longer and never get done (imho).
