Hi Authors (and cc WG),
I see there were some changes that were agreed during IETF LC. It would be
great if you could issue a new version incorporating those before IESG
evaluation; in the meantime, I’ve issued the ballot. I expect this will be on
the June 8 IESG agenda.

Les, I encourage you not to wait for the end of IESG review to make the change,
