Maybe you know any reason, why it is happening?
I installed 2 classrooms with ltsp-pnp in Poland last month, in one

2) The nbd9 disconnect messages are normal; the client connects to check
if there's a new image available, and then continues.
Search elsewhere for your issue, not in nbd.
For example, the chrome general protection error is more worrying. :
