I'm trying to upgrade rpm 4.1 that comes standard with red hat 8.0 to rpm 4.2. rpm 4.1 has some bugs that don't allow relocation and don't set certain scripting parameters like RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX. It is also rumored that rpm 4.1 will cause problems with the rawhide glibc-2.3.1-XX (which is giving
