So I'm running ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS and I'm using a known good ethernet
interface eth0 but when I do a dhcpd -t /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf I'm getting
an error interface name too long (is 20) and my
/etc/default/isc-dhcp-server.conf file has a line in it INTERFACES=eth0
So wlan0 has a default gateway, but eth0 doesn't because I want to just
have an isolated network (no routing, no masquerading) that has DHCP on it
so that I can configure embedded appliances off that physical interface.
eth0 is 10.10.10.1/24 and the range is 10.10.10.10 to 10.10.10.90
Has anyone run into this dhcpd problem before?
