The need for backup leaders in all areas was mentioned in [yesterday's leadership session at UOS][1]. This proves that this is something we need to start implementing systemwide.
Meanwhile, we need to work on getting a Comms person in place, ASAP. If we don't have a leader, we at least need to empower individuals to take particular tasks. Anyone out there will to contribute anything at all? Also, we need to leverage our Comms channels to get the word out that we need someone. Can someone take on that task? Kris?
