Just filed a bug (Bug #659413) report for the above.
A bit confusing for less experienced users, as I witnessed today.

Just the version in the bottom corner is probably the easiest, non-confusing
option. x86 is meaningless to a very large number of people and a lot of
people don’t regard laptops as PCs, only tower type systems.

Any thoughts about using the Ubuntu font as default in Lubuntu or is it a bit

Just changed the default on one system to it and it is nicer than the Sans that
is the current default.

window click Accessories, LxTerminal then click Add and LxTerminal should move
to the left hand panel and appear on the bottom panel.

This would appear to be one particular machine as other machines have ejected
with a swap partition. On the later

of knowing how many down-loaders continue to use Lubuntu but, I think it is

you really need 1GiB of RAM to
make it a pleasant experience.
I’ve run VB on Lubuntu with Lubuntu in VB on a 2.4GHz P4 with 1GiB of RAM and
it was slower than running Lubuntu on an old 266MHz machine, very jerky and
stuttering.

required people to use a registered nick to try to stem the problem, which it
did. The spambot is useful but, it is also worth letting the freenode staff
know about the problems as well.

Save it as trash.desktop on the Desktop. The Desktop should then show a
Trash icon.
Right clicking and emptying trash does not work though.
Same method I’m afraid, creating a .desktop file.

This does work quite well from my tests and would be useful.
I also notice that there is an lxdm-conf program as well, I’ve not tried it yet
but it may be useful.
