I took a quick look at 2011: Gnome was up to 24 projects, and KDE up
to a whopping 47!
It's probably a bit of a lottery, is it? We'll hope for greater success in 2012!

Well, we lack mentors and interesting projects, that the reasons why we
could not get in last times. I also unsure if we can apply as a separate
project from Ubuntu.
