[Lubuntu-desktop] Installing Lubuntu to usb drives

I've come across many instances (mainly Ubuntu) of people installing the OS to the usb and they are actually running the livecd OS. There are many guides (like penlinux?) and including unetbootin that will install the livecd at the usb drives. There is nothing wrong with that, provided people

Hi, with regards to the degradation, if you are using persistance, then you will be re-writing to the usb (albeit not as frequently). My advice to people installing to usb is always to get a usb stick that is certified for Vista or Win 7 as 'Readyboost', these devices are both faster than
