Hiyas Julien, I learned how to split the topic and the bit about 'Terms of Service'. I've taken the liberty of doing it both #lubuntu and #lubuntu-offtopic. The TOS now arrives via Chanserv. I can reverse it if there is problem, but it seems to be the way that rooms should work. Regards, Phill.
