Use launchpad for reporting bugs.
What does iotop say when you're moving these files? Is your hard drive
okay?

On Desktop.
Usually it happens when I drag and drop files from desktop to a new folder
on desktop.
Re-producible? YES.
First time? NO.
Happened before? YES, with Lubuntu 11.04 many times.
How to fix it? I logout or restart. When it happened few mins ago, I had to
logout twice.

Any thoughts?
