I don't know really how the Super key is handled in the Main Menu, if

I believe it's not Lxpanel, but the openbox configuration. On a default
lubuntu install, openbox is catching the Super key, and calling
lxpanelctl menu.

You can comment-out the Super_L and Super_R keybindings in
~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml. You'll have to reload or restart
openbox.

Thanks a lot, it works just fine and it's still possible to show the
menu with C+Escape.

Very useful information, thank you.

[Lubuntu-desktop] LxPanel's Menu conflics with keyboard shortcuts....

Hi there,

I've found something weird with LxPanel's Main Menu.

When the menu is added to the panel, hitting the super key just shows
the main menu, but other Super key shortcuts doesn't work.

There is CTRL+ALT+D to start the filemanager and CTRL+ALT+T to start a
terminal.

Great, but how to minimise/maximise windows ?

Another interesting Super key is Super+F1, Super+F2, this switches to
desktop

1 or 2, if you have 2 desktops of course.

I think Alt + F10 maximizes, the other one I'd have to look up.
Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys for switching desktops.
