I just started testing 12.04 and my initial impression is that it's wonderful! What to my surprise, there is now a shortcut option for the desktop! I do want to ask [again] one additional thing. The 11.04 theme has been noted in various posts as being a winner, brilliant, stuning etc. I do hope

The more I see of Lubuntu the more I like it. There are a couple of things that might make things easier for prospective adopters. 1. Gnome 2 and xubuntu allow a user to create a launcher anywhere on the desktop without having to build a .desktop file. Gnome 3 dropped this feature and its a pai
