expert in using .po files.
P.S. pushed up revision 28, added the threading (the window shows
instantaneally, but a progressbar notify the generation of the packages,
try it!) and solved some problems related to the new ui.

You need to add gettext support, and probably autotools or distutils
support.

Unfortunately using threads in python have conflicts with aptdaemon,
i've removed now, no more cute progressbar :-(
a way could be transport the aptdaemon client in a python script and
call it from commandline via gio.AppInfo().launch().
