On the topic of documentation, I've been working (in between my summer job) on
trying to expand the Lubuntu documentation ("how do I do X?") on AskUbuntu.com
- but unfortunately I don't have much there yet.

Hey Matthew - to install it, run "sudo apt-get update" to update your
repository list and then try to install it.

Something to keep in mind is that it's not just Lubuntu, it's LXDE - so
anything that happens needs to also get approved at that level (for some

CPU/RAM.

By "pinch of salt", you probably mean "that's all the users that responded."
I'd be willing to bet many more use lubuntu that don't read OMG
Ubuntu!, but that's still an impressive number for such a "minority"
ubuntu flavor! :D
