Sorry for disturbing. I've already joined the Lubuntu team, but I think MoinMoin is not as user-friendly as I'd like. Anyway I was to trying to include another proposal: LxDesign. It does not include openbox or icons theme yet, but modifies the panel and systray too. Preview:
