I would like to switch layout with Alt+Shift to change it from Russian to
English, but can't figure out
how to do it. For now I can only change it by clicking the icon with a mouse.

Yes, Nio. Thanks for trying to help. My log file is sent to the list, but it
awaits moderator's approval. The attachment is too big

Here is the thing, Ian. I just plugged USB stick and can't locate it either. It
is weird because my external 2 tb drive appears in /media. So it seems to me
that neither my tablet nor USB stick isn't mounted. What is the the way to see
what drives are attached to the system, so I can mount them
OK, Ian, I didn't think of USB stick. Let me plug it in and see if I can locate
it. Thanks

Hi Ian. The reason why I want to locate my tablet on crashed lubuntu is exactly
to do just that - email dmesg.log
to the list. But to do that I need to transfer .log file to the tablet. :-)

Thanks for suggestion Ian, however no matter if the tablet is plugged in USB
port or not, the output of 'mount' stays the same.

No problem, Nio. The tablet is rekam citipad l700 and it is running android.
Where to look for it on file system so I can copy dmesg.log to it? I am in
terminal

Nio, I am looking not dmesg.log. I am looking for my tablet connected to USB

Israel, following your instructions, I did manage to write dmesg.log. Now I
need to transfer it to my tablet so I can send it to the list. I plugged the
tablet to USB port, enabled USB storage, but can't find where it is on file
system. How do I go about it? I have looked at /home, /usr, /media,
Well, I don't mind but I have no clue how to do it

How do I write to the file system? I am also not sure how to transfer the log
file to my tablet if I am able to generate the file. All ideas are greatly
appreciated. Thanks

Hello again, list. Now I have a problem switching input languages. I used
to add
@setxkbmap -option grp:alt_shift_toggle "us,ru" to
/etc/xdg/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart
But now it doesn't work... Any thoughts?
