I sent that app off list, but I agree I wish Lubuntu had a better app
for touchpad (and Keyboard as well) but Lubuntu is moving to Qt so
introducing an FLTK app is probably not going to happen :)

With virtualbox is possible to redirect USB and Serial devices. I can
redirect my bluetooth device, my webcam but not my touchpad. It depends if
the device is connected logically to USB bus. I don't know if it is
possible to redirect your specific device, or if there is another

touchpad driver. Filename is:

So, this is a SYNAPTICS device.

I can't answare for sure almost all your questions... But I suggest you to
make an image of your system to back it up, in case you mess up everything
and cannot get it back to original state. Do you have an external HD?
I usually do not have any problems with trackpad, I'm not sure if I'm too

i'm a bit cautious, i don't want to mess up the touchpad.
The fujitsu S761 has a 2 pads
the normal mouse pad, and a little round pad that has scrollwheel
functionality when you draw circles on the round pad.
