LUBUNTU 16.xx, 17.xx, 18.xx, VERY SLOW BOOT...! = why doesn't LUBUNTU 16, 17, 18, come "out of the box" don't follow Serial Ubuntu ...! After Lubuntu/Ubuntu 14.04, Modem Huawei e-3276 <https://www.jakartanotebook.com/images/products/10/6/6594/3/huawei-e3276-4g-lte-100-mbps-logo-stc-white-1.jpg> does not work.
Important Advice = The Best Ubuntu is 14.04, very good if LUBUNTU upgrades the security system from Ubuntu 14.04 every 5 years, but doesn't follow Ubuntu...! thankyou
