I have just installed the new Os,which has the Qt desktop,I am used to having a Desktop with the App shortcuts visible on it,I have tried to Right click on the apps I want to have on the desktop but cant get it to work as with !9.04..can anyone suggest a work around Thanks Michael --

Just installed on a spare PC,I am using a 26" widescreen LCD TV as a Monitor and I cannot alter the HDMI screen resolution as its slightly larger than 1920x1080.There does not appear to be any provision to Install Additional Graphics Drivers ie Nvidia.Can anyone throw a light on this problem
