What do folks think about including LUCENENET-427, LUCENENET-431,
LUCENENET-433 LUCENENET-443 fixes in that release and removing
Similarity.Net?

The other three look plain enough - I think we can include them.
Similarity I don't mind but we've had it in the trunk a while im not sure how
people feel about cutting it out
