I think there is a IFilter for DWGs - so you need to use the ifilter
to get the text, then pass it into lucene to index it - it's 2 steps,
lucene doesn't do the ifilter part.

I am relatively new to lucene.
I can use the dwg ifilter to extract the text from the AutoCAD files.
Is there any way I can add this Ifilter into lucene so that the content is
converted to text?
If not, can you please help me by explaining how it can be done?
Thanks in Advance.

If you can extract text from them, then it shouldn't be a problem.
Lucene doesn't do the job of extracting the text. For that you'd have to find
something else.
