Digester is a very comfortable way to customize the indexing of xml
using lucene.
And it works fine except one thing:

i use Lucene 1.3rc3 to index several thousand metadata records. these look as follows:
?xml version=1.0 encoding=utf-8?
oaidc:dc xmlns=http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/;
xmlns:oaidc=http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/oai_dc/;
I suggest you look at the Articles section of Lucene's site, in
particular an article about XML, Lucene, and Digester. Much better
than using IndexHTML demo, I believe.
