On UTL's mobile network, it wont matter that you are getting 3g or hsdpa
signal, their data rates are limited to 128kbps.

you get a new public IP address.
the entire orange 3g userbase is nat'ted behind 1 (public) ip address.

Nope they don't unless you can run Garmin mobile XT on it and buy a
rout-able T4a map. Garmin's east Africa map is not rout-able.
It is routable. I've used it before. (Unless we have different
interpretation of 'routable')
