Si. Otra cosa asombrosa es el formato DJVU. Lo conocí hace sólo un mes, me dieron un libro de 500 páginas que ocupaba... 2MB! Además lo Ahora encontré algo... primero es DjVu=déjà vú,,, y tiene estas propiedades que es preferido en muchas bibliotecas... - Con respecto al format DjVu (de ATT), menos extendido en su uso que PDF (de Adobe), lo hemos seleccionado debido a que las digitalizaciones realizadas con el mismo ocupan menos espacio que PDF, estando especialmente optimizado para documentos en escala de grises o color y siendo totalmente transparente en la navegación web con Microsoft Internet Explorer. Ese proyecto es excelente. Me asombra la cantidad de poder de almacenamiento que deben requerir. Si. Otra cosa asombrosa es el formato DJVU. No lo conosco, pero lamentablemente cuando das una conferencia, se usan presentaciones o en PDF o en PPT, pero el primero tiene la ventaja respecto del segundo que el OpenOffice 2.0 exporta muy bien a formato PDF a tal punto de poder ejecutar lectura automática de textos en inglés (voice reprodicer on text), en cambio al PPT para el office 2003, no y... es pésima la exportación a veces. Y salvo el los congresos de SL, todos tienen cañones conectados a PC con el choto XP.
