Hello, This configuration file belongs to Permanent parameters with lctl set_param -P” feature (https://jira.hpdd.intel.com/browse/LU-3155). Part of man page about this parameter: set_param -P Set the parameter permanently, filesystem-wide. This parameters are only visible to 2.5.0 and later
