Could you please try running “make oldconfig” and then “make modules_prepare”
in the kernel source after copying the .config? The latter command should
generate the missing files /root/linux-oracle/include/generated/autoconf.h and
/root/linux-oracle/include/linux/autoconf.h.

I am trying to compile lustre client (2.13.57) on Ubuntu18.04 and I am
