Well, it doesn't... I have tried to empty my internet cache. I use Mozilla and there is no way to get any of the pdf files. Maybe there is still some kind of restriction for downloads out of the USA ? I don't know what's going on but it does sort of bug me ;-( Thank you for your suggestion
