Sarge has typeset a great many editions by various people and also done
a lot of stuff himself, like the Cavalcanti Lute Book (great Neapolitan
resource with texts!).

Sorry, but I do not use Fronimo (Apple computer).
Dick Hoban's anthology is what inspired me to try finding more of the
Siena book. They are very nice pieces, and not a terrible challenge
for me.

There seems to be a marked difference in resolution of at least a
factor of 2 between ms downloaded as a whole and singly downloaded
pages. This can be simply due to the ms pages occupying only the lower
half of each page ..., since the overall size of about 55 MB is the
same.
