This is a contemporary composition. Its composer, Þorkell Sigurbjörnsson, died only last year, so it is still under copyright. Information on purchasing performing copies can be found here:

Their minimum charge seems to be for 4 PDF copies for a total of USD $7.10. I'd happily write an intabulation, but I don't know if they would sell me a single copy from which to write an intabulation, nor how royalties might be handled for distributing the intabulation.
