I tried unsuccessfully to locate a source years ago. All I can say is that I couldn't find it in any modern publshed source, nor in Playford Ayres and Dialogues Books 1 - 3 which contain a few Lanier settings, nor in Anne Twice's book, nor Ann Blount's. Could have set the words to
