My Scottish Lute Recording Project is back on track after a two-year
hiatus. I've just uploaded 25 pieces (with more to come) from the
Rowallan ms. There are many other performances on the site, especially
Panmure 5 and Balcarres.

Thanks to the resourceful David Smith, all the mp3 files now carry the
metadata required by iTunes and other players. Should make filing,
playlists, etc easier.

I've just uploaded the first 50 (actually 51) pieces from the Balcarres
manuscript. Judging by my previous Scottish lute CDs, that's about a
double album's worth. I'm not sure how many sound files there will be
at the end of the road, but there are 252 in Balcarres alone...

like to see - the lute community contributing to the site with info about
various tunes I upload. Plus, Arto made a big contribution with the Lully
connection. Keep it coming.
