Drupal and daylight savings

We have Drupal running the LUV web site which exports events as iCAL which can be imported into Google Calendar for Android phones. But somewhere along the way it gets messed up with daylight savings, so currently my phone is telling me that the next LUV meeting starts at 7:30 when it's really
