There are a few issues with creating a lucid container, then adding the
updates and security repositories.
If you add them later, you'll get problems that prevent your container from
fully starting if you upgrade the following:
mountall (2.14 => 2.15.3) and
ifupdown (0.6.8ubuntu29 => 0.6.8ubun
