Hi, i really like Christians proposal - but one have to keep in mind that the header should contain the original authors - not everybody who changed or improved some lines - and this has no legal meaning about a eventual release under a different license by the original author. The original author has the right to relicense only his own code, not code provided by others. If he like to relicense he need the permission of the persons involved.
