I've tried to build lynx2.8.6dev14 under OS/2 warp emx/gcc environment. Configure and compile are done successful. At the link, an error occurs: ctermid is missing. because ctermid function is not supported undex emx/gcc. Could you establish a new keyword such as HAVE_CTERMID to test in the
