That's similar to how Lynx handles frames (the name attribute when
present, the src attribute otherwise; unfortunately, Lynx ignores title
and longdesc).

It’s called fixed-misc and comes with preinstalled XFree86®.
Only two sizes are good, and only one has a really large range:

Where "[bar]" is in the same colour as the img alt attribute
from the line below (i.e. yellow=brightbrown, not-bold).
