In trying to compile lyx-1.1.6.tar.gz from ftp.kde.org using `rpm -ta ~/lyx-1.1.6.tar.gz' rpm fails, complaining of there not existing `lyx.xpm' . I copied lyx.xpm from /usr/share/icons and compile proceeded as expected. I thought you would like to know about this odd behavior.

In trying to compile lyx-1.1.6.tar.gz from ftp.kde.org using `rpm -ta ~/lyx-1.1.6.tar.gz' rpm fails, complaining of there not existing `lyx.xpm' . I copied lyx.xpm from /usr/share/icons and compile proceeded as expected. I thought you would like to know about this odd behavior.
