New Win installer for LyX 2.2.2 available

Hello Richard, could you please put this new installer version 3 to ftp.lyx.org?: http://ftp.lyx.de/LyX%202.2.2/ The background is that MiKTeX refactored its whole package handling system. Therefore users who updated their LaTeX packages during the last 3 weeks got a lot of troubles. At least
