Using RC~1 and today RC-2 with Multiple bibliographies per section set, I get a LyX warning that there are undefined citations in all but the first section. Looking at the LaTeX log, I find: Package natbib Warning: There were undefined citations. Package bibtopic Warning: Please (re)run BibTeX
