I have a small lyx file that is causing problems with LaTeX2e.
If I put the following into the preamble, then it works:

3) Type some junk
4) Edit-Paragraph Settings
5) Click on Center
6) Click OK

The latext Cygwin tetex only handles the Unix-style paths. Therefore,

Sounds fine. Meanwhile, my hack will enable me to run the latest
CVS on Cygwin (which I refresh every day). I have written 3 papers
for my University class using LyX and have gotten A+ grades on all of

Even with the trickery above, it's easier for me to use the Branches UI to
include and exclude these conditional parts than it would be to
do it all in ERT.

when a branch encloses a Chapter or Section.
Even with the trickery above, it's easier for me to use the Branches UI to
