In my case it also happens randomly, actually. Now, for example, it does not
happen to me with the file I sent.
I hope something can be done with this, because sometimes is quite annoying.

even if it is already opened), but if the file is modified and we call
again view (or update) pdf, we still get the old version of the file! :-(

that arises when using Acrobat to view pdf's? Kill the already running
acrobat process, as suggested in the Wiki, is not a solution, because I
