Did something happen to cvs?

I remember cvs went down a few weeks ago. There seems to be lot of development going on now, biut I still get this: $ cvs up /cvs/lyx: no such repository Should I change something? I couldn't find any new information about getting the 1.4cvs source on the website. Or if cvs still is down, how
