Forget about it: Trac is innocent, @lyx.org eats those mails for spam reasons.
Lelearning classifier with false positives from last days put things back into

Indeed, I discovered the missing messages in the spam folder as well. How did
you relearn? I just deleted the spam label, is this enough?
One of these top buttons in spam folder let you mark the message as non-spam
and automatically moves it into inbox. I infer that it process the mail through
classificator at that moment.
Better yet, using gmail.com, open any message from t...@lyx.org. Click
on the top button that says "More", then choose "Filter Messages Like
These". You should get a box that shows the From field as t...@lyx.org.
(If not, enter that.) Then hit "Create Filter With This Search". Then
click "Never Send to Spam". You can also do this via [Gear]> Settings>
Filters> Create a New Filter.
Still better, under [Gear]> Settings> Filters>Labels, create a new
label: Trac. Tell the filter to apply it and to skip the inbox, if you
like. These function like folders, and appear that way in mail readers.
(You have to enable those under Forwarding and POP/IMAP.)
