I've just found this bug (well it is more a LaTeX weakness) inside 1.3.6 and I
was wondering if it has been corrected in 1.4.0 before opening a bug report.
1) Create an article
2) Create a title and a footnote (\thanks)
3) Inside the thanks footnote create a bullet list
4) the generated
