bi-directional communication between a bibliography manager and LyX: two LyX
functions (to retrieve and store a BibTeX record), that would automatically

- Some BibTeX files can be marked by a special header if they can be managed by
LyX, e.g.
% manager: LyX
as the first line
- Add a function bibtex-entry-get key that retrieves a BibTeX entry given
its key
