Implement a placeholder 2008f which points to the tex file with full
path, since this is what okular expects nowadays.

Removing the --unique option has no effect.

AFAICS it's an okular problem.Normally, we should open okular with --unique in
the first place. But then okular chokes on forward search.

Reverse/Forward search works well with lyx2.0rc2 and texlive 2010.
I've only found a small glitch with Forward search. On Tools - Preferences -
Output, I set the DVI/PDF command: okular --unique file:$$o#src:$$n $$t
Now, everytime I execute a forward search, a new okular window opens
