Dear LyX-Developers,

As I did not get a reaction from developers so far but support from a user,
I'll send my "note-inset proposal" to the devel-list. (Or should I have filed
it somewhere on a whish list?) (Could you mail me directly, or the users list,
if there is some comment/reaction?)
